About
I know what breaks at scale. I fix it before you get there.
I spent nine years building and scaling IT, data and AI platforms across more than ten countries, first as an enterprise architect and then as a hands-on lead. I have seen what good looks like at that scale, and what quietly breaks.
I founded Pruna Secura to bring that judgement to smaller companies. I have consolidated 2,500+ tools into a handful of strategic platforms, set the standards for how systems get built and secured, and coached teams to carry the work after I leave. I am vendor-independent, so I recommend what fits you, not what pays me.

A free intro call, then usually a half-day IT and security health check. You get a clear picture and a plan before committing to anything bigger.
Do you work remotely and across the EU?
Yes. I am based in München, 80796, Germany and work with companies across Europe, remote by default, on site when a project needs it.
Are you technical, or more of a strategist?
Both. I set the strategy for your board and get into the detail with your engineers. I do not hand you a slide deck and disappear.
We are small. Do we really need this?
If your tech or security is slowing you down or keeping you up at night, yes. You get senior judgement sized to where you are now, without a full-time hire.
