How do we start?
With a free 20-minute call to hear where you are and what you want to learn. Most people then begin with a single “where to start with AI” session, which is a low-pressure way to see if coaching is a fit before booking anything more.
Do you coach remotely and across the EU?
Yes. I'm based in Germany and coach founders and teams across Europe, remote by default, on-site for team workshops when that works better.
Do I need any technical background?
No. I coach founders, C-level and teams who have little or no IT yet. Everything is in plain language, and we start from wherever you are.
What does a session or workshop look like?
Either 1:1 coaching, a team workshop, or a one-off talk. Sessions are practical and built around your questions, not a fixed slide deck. We agree a simple scope and price up front, no hourly billing.
Is this consulting or coaching?
Coaching and teaching. I help you and your team understand AI, ML and IT and decide what to do, so the knowledge stays with you. I am not here to run your projects for you.
